Hello everyone, I am working on filtering systems. I don't know much about printing systems. On average, how long does it take to replace Technotrans cooling water filters? I would appreciate it if you could write based on average usage. Thank you from now

Actually, we do not own the machine. We want to produce filter bags for Technotrans. Since we are curious about the demand rate in the sector, we want to know how often it changes. I will be happy if you inform me

If you were to look for maximum efficiency on a filter you would need to consider your particular needs. Single shift operation? Two shift? Three? What sort of paper is used most often? All these things come into play. Then of course there is the auto dump feature on the Technotrans. If the system is set up to auto dump then filter changes will be required less often.

Replace weekly. We do ours weekly on both the sheetfed and the webs unless we have a pressman that emulsifies and spits a bunch of ink back into the water system or if we run a very alkaline paper. Since we have to flush the system after that we replace the filter anyway.
