MOZP printing machine

MOZP the pressure for sucking papers dropped, it can pick up lighter paper but cannot take thick papers to print...dial gauge shows 0.25 and low...what causes this?

 

Intake filter at pump, fouled radial valve on feeder suction head, blockage and cracks in hoses between pump and feeder, worn carbon vanes in pump (if so equipped with carbon vane pump).

nettoyer le groupe succeur dans la tete de marge , nettoyer les circuit d air daspiration et controler s il y a une fuite un tuyau coupé , ensuite controler s il y a un tuyau coudé , controler aussi le distribiteur d air d aspiration peut etre la course ne vas pas jusqu a la limite de la course dans les ancien machine on trouve un electro-aimant qui fait ca et dans les nouvelles machines il y a un verin pneumatique , ensuite nettoyer les filtres dans le compresseur a vide et controler les palettes en graphite , voici tout ce qui peut causer ce problème dans le circuit d air d aspiration mais dans la majorité des cas je trouve que le distributeur d air d aspiration est bloqué ou a mi-course ou bien un tuyau coupé
clean the suction unit in the margin head, clean the suction air circuit and check if there is a leak a cut pipe, then check if there is a bent pipe, also check the suction air distributor perhaps the race do not go to the limit of the stroke in the old machines there is an electromagnet which does this and in the new machines there is a pneumatic cylinder, then clean the filters in the vacuum compressor and check the graphite vanes , here is everything that can cause this problem in the suction air circuit but in the majority of cases I find that the suction air distributor is blocked or halfway or a cut pipe
