Polar Guillotine Green belt tension is lose

Hi everyone,
Green belt for Guillotine polar is lose..any ideas to tension it to make it tight..

 

Hi sir:

Has a Large Bolt with a nut under the table running in 2 rollers, front and rear, where is located the Bolt + nut for adjustment.
